History

Established in 1958 by Bernie Corrigan, the Corrigan Oil family of companies are proudly headquartered in Brighton, Michigan.  As a young man, Bernie began his career by delivering ice and coal for his father and uncle in the early 50’s.

Bernie eventually purchased a gasoline service center in Brighton which was rebuilt by Corrigan Construction in 1992.  It is still owned and operated by the Corrigan family today.

Following in their father’s footsteps, Mike and Tim Corrigan are continually expanding the family business.  The Corrigan Oil family of companies now includes Corrigan 24-hour towing, Corrigan Construction, Corrigan Lubricants, Corrigan Transportation, and Technical Environmental Services (TES).
