Since its conception in 1989, the construction division has completed over 70 projects ranging from small interior renovations to projects exceeding 5 million dollars. In this time we have developed a strong reputation for getting the job done. Our customers can count on honesty, integrity and professionalism to ensure the project can be completed on time and within budget.
 
HISTORY
Some of our more notable larger projects have included:

  • The 2,000 SF  Corrigan Sunoco building, winner of the City of Brighton's 1992 Tomorrow Award
  • The 18,000 SF Huntington Center building, winner of the City of Brighton's 1996 Tomorrow Award
  • The 6,000 SF Stillwater Grill in Brighton, MI
  • Paramount  Industrial Park located in Brighton, MI
  • The 40,000 SF Mitsuba building
  • The two story 28,000  SF Stoneridge building that houses the McDonald's regional headquarters
  • The 15,000 SF Fowlerville Medical Facility
  • The 7,500 SF Liberty Towers building, Winner of the City of Brighton's 2005 Tomorrow Award
  • The Eberspacher North America's Brighton manufacturing facility Phases I, II and III totaling over 100,000 SF
